Kelly, the gal who gave the estimate, was friendly and extremely helpful at getting us the best move for the best price. The bonus of free boxes is immensely helpful also. Carlos and Kelly set up the move and Francesco and his crew did the move. They were incredibly efficient, fast, polite, and careful; not a single item was broken, and no time was wasted. Upon arrival to Rapid City the unloading was just as efficient as the loading, and we got it all done in one day... amazing! Exodus is the best!

Frank, Mike Jr., Jimmy, Jose, Oscar and Pancho really cared and went way above and beyond. We’re so grateful to them. We consolidated belongings from several different sites, including family heirlooms, resulting in multiple moves with various combinations of these Exodus crews. Through it all they were unfailingly careful, kind, pleasant and helpful, even with the most difficult loads in difficult places. Not only were no items damaged, at all, but no floors were scratched and no doorways were chipped. Great care was taken in every way at every step, starting with big thick moving blankets carefully wrapped around every piece, and lamps and breakables carefully packed. They put pads down on our floors to protect them from dirt. These considerate, highly communicative gentlemen and their excellent, responsive office staff made these the best moving experiences in 50 years. Can’t say enough good about Exodus, Frank, Mike Jr, Pancho, Jimmy, Oscar and Jose. They’ve restored our faith in people, and we respect them for caring about others. Friends forever. 🙂
