This is our first move in 23 years and we were stressed. Frank was wonderful at explaining the process and when the day came, it was below zero and blizzard conditions. He and Mac were there anyway and the process was smooth. Cannot say enough about their professionalism and fun personalities. Frank, Isaiah, Alexander and Jimmy came to unload at the new house only 8 days later. There are a lot of steps at the new house but they got right to work and were done 2.5 hours later. Mike Sr and Mike Jr helped me move my grandmas grandfather clock, and they were very organized, and careful with the clock. They wrapped and packaged the clock to make sure no damage was done. They delivered it to my home with no problems or damages.
