"We've used Exodus for an in-town move and consulted them again for our cross-country move from Fort Collins to Sarasota FL. Everything about the move was outstanding, starting with the original conversation with Jake when we learned Exodus could load and store our household belongings until we found a home in Sarasota. Exodus gave us several used moving boxes for free, along with used packing paper and picture boxes, complete with guidance on how best to pack our many large pictures. When we found a home in Sarasota and called Exodus, they were just about ready to call us to ask if we were ready for our items. The timing was amazing. They jobbed us with a couple of other moves to the SE and we were able to save costs this way. The truck arrived at our new house and amazingly, everything arrived with no damage. We had several leather and wood pieces, and credit to the original loaders who carefully wrapped each item, we had absolutely no damage on our furniture. As I unwrapped each of my 10 picture boxes, all arrived with not a broken glass, no broken corners, or scratches. Only one minor bit of damage to a bike fender, and Exodus agreed to reimburse us for this small repair. This is a great company with customer service values. People are responsive, remember who you are, and understand the many questions and concerns people have when they move. Don't think twice. Use them."
