Competitive Pay.
We do not claim to be a "discount moving company". Our prices are fair because of the quality of work we provide. We understand that we have a responsibility to both our clients and our employees. We specialize in residential moving as well as offer a host of corporate relocation services. If you have heard of Exodus Moving and Storage you will find that our reputation rests predominately on our conscientious staff.

But in order to earn the loyalty of these good people who service our customers, we continually work to establish and uphold fair policies. For example, in order to encourage safety on the roads and employee satisfaction, Exodus pays long haul drivers by the day instead of by the mile or percentage of the job.

So regardless of inclement weather, our drivers still get paid their regular wage and there’s no incentive to go over the speed limit.
